this year's University of Tartu Spring Run took place on 15.04.2026!

Distance: 5 km.
Race center is located next to the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club / Uni Tartu Sports Hall. Address - Ujula 4, Tartu. The start for the 5 km University of Tartu Spring Run and University of Tartu Spring Walk will be given at 19:00 next to the Sports Club, and the finish will close at 20:30. This year, we are also organising our very first Spring Run for Children! This start is also given at the race center. Their first start is given at 17.00. |

The start of the run and walk is given next to the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club, from where the route goes under the Kroonuaia Bridge, then along the riverbank past the University of Tartu Delta Center until the Kaarsilla bridge.
A turn right takes participants onto the Kaarsilla bridge, where a beautiful view of Tartu's Town Hall Square opens up, and after a second right the track turns back onto the riverside pedestrian path. Following this path participants reach the Supilinna Pond. Spring Run route goes around the pond and returns along Oa Street towards the sports building. After crossing Marja street on the way back, the track passes the Supilinna swing and returns again to the riverside pedestrian path. Reaching Kroonuaia bridge a left turn awaits and after that it is only left to cross the bridge, turn left again to reach the finish line next to the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club. |
